Purnell’s Bistro is an exquisite cocktail bar and bistro restaurant in the heart of Birmingham’s thriving business district and shopping area and offers some of the finest food and cocktails.

Ginger’s Bar embraces the relaxed vibes of Manhattan. Inspired by Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, the decor and ambience is an acknowledgement to the glamour and style experienced in the 1930′s era.

We want people to enjoy the experience, offering a taste of Manhattan in Birmingham’s Square Mile. Customers will be able to relax in the heavily influenced 1930′s surroundings, while sipping on re-mastered timeless classic cocktails or more outlandish drinks.

I am driven by my passion to excite people through food, especially the innovative dishes taken from my childhood experiences. The concept of Purnell’s Bistro will continue to entice people with honest portions of food, inspired by rustic home-cooking but with an eclectic twist.
